The “jobportal” is a modern recruiting website operated by Familien- und Krankenpflege Bochum, a large non-profit provider of outpatient nursing care and social services.
The website offers an overview of vacant positions and an insight into the work environment and the different departments at Familien- und Krankenpflege Bochum. In that aspect, the “jobportal” goes beyond a traditional employment website: Each department is presented individually, films capture real employees during their work and the patients they care for. Apart from that, applicants can easily navigate the website, quickly apply for their dream position, and find vital information on their future employer.
MTCM’s task
At the end of 2019, Familien- und Krankenpflege Bochum decided to launch a separate job portal for applicants. The outpatient nursing care provider contacted Michael Tobias Content Marketing to develop and implement a new concept. MTCM immediately decided to integrate videos to directly address future colleagues. The new portal was launched in August 2021 – at its heart are the films capturing the unique atmosphere at Familien- und Krankenpflege Bochum. Apart from that, the focus lies on responsive design and easy access to information to address possible applicants more easily.
